Joanne Nicholls began her career as a researcher in September 1994, undertaking management and executive assignments for retained search firms. She was based in Brussels for 8 years. 5 of which were spent as senior researcher for Europe’s leading research consultancy, MILAR.

Joanne returned to London and set up JN Consulting in 2000. She now operates as an independent researcher working on behalf of a number of executive search firms. In addition to delivering research assignments, Joanne has been responsible for the training and development of in-house researchers, at the request of her clients.

She embraces most sectors and has a strong cross-functional and
pan-European/global background. Joanne has extensive experience of senior level search.
